The new investor accelerates award-winning sustainable ski manufacturer’s growth and business development
Puuppolan Suksi Oy manufactures premium downhill skis and snowboards. Sustainable technologies and natural materials are heavily focused on the products. This year PUSU has launched a ski in which the traditional carbon and glass fibres have been replaced with climate-positive, pulp based SPINNOVA® fibre. Innovation has already been awarded with the international ISPO Award. Founded in 2016, PUSU’s products can be found from ski resorts and retailers around Finland. Company’s own webshop ships globally. Long-term investment in R&D can be seen – in addition to the awards – also in high customer satisfaction rate.
PUSU has partnered with capital investment company Midinvest Oy which has made a notable investment in the company. Investing mainly locally in Central Finland, Midinvest sees great potential for growth in PUSU’s business.
