To order our products you have to be over 18 years old. Prices include VAT (24%). All prices and fees are subject to change without notice.
PUSU webshop products and fees are payed when ordered. Payment methods are those available by Klarna in your country. Read more about different payment methods.
ORDERS TO FINLAND
Ski and gear orders are shipped within two business days when in stock. Delivery time is 2-5 business days. PUSU Skis is not responsible for delays caused by third members such as transport companies.
If the ordered skis or snowboards are not in stock the production time is 4-6 weeks.
If delivery is significantly delayed due to PUSU Skis, customer has the right to cancel the order. Order must be canceled by email or by phone and order number and customer’s contact information must be told with cancelletion. The customer will be refunded.
Shipping method and shipping costs
Orders over 200 euros will be shipped free of charge inside European Union.
DELIVERIES TO FINLAND
In Finland deliveries are done by Posti and Matkahuolto. Skis are always delivered via Matkahuolto.
DELIVERIES INSIDE EU
Deliveries in EU are handled by GLS. Packages are delivered to a delivery point nearest to the customer.
To other areas we deliver through Finnish Postal Service. The price is determined by the area is cart. Please note that shipments outside EU may be due to customs fees. Customs fees are always answered by the customer.
Exchanges and returns
Asiakkaalla on Suomen kuluttajansuojalain mukainen 14 päivän vaihto- ja palautusoikeus Puuppolan Suksen verkkokaupasta ostetuille tuotteille. Vaihto- ja palautusoikeusaika alkaa siitä päivästä, jolloin asiakas vastaanottaa tuotteen. Asiakkaan on ennen tuotteen palauttamista otettava yhteyttä Puuppolan Sukseen sähköpostitse, puhelimella tai kirjeitse. Asiakkaan on palautettava tuote Puuppolan Suksen antamien tuotepalautusohjeiden mukaisesti. Jos tuote palautetaan ohjeiden vastaisesti, asiakkaan oikeus tuotepalautukseen voi raueta eikä Puuppolan Suksi ole velvollinen ottamaan tuotetta vastaan. The right to return is applied only if the product can be resold. If the product is used or if for example the bindings are installed or the product is bruised, the right to return will be lapsed.
Liitä palautukseen seuraavat tiedot:
- Order number
- Name, address, email and phone number
- Method of payment eg. credit card number
- Copy of the order confirmation

We don’t accept return after 14 days of receiveing the order. When the return is admitted the money will be refunded. PUSU Skis is obliged to return the money within 30 days after the returned product arrives.
PUSU Skis guarantees all the products leave our workshop in top condition. If the product has damaged or lost during the shipping or a wrong product has been shipped to the customer, the customer must notify it immediately to email@example.com.
The notification of a faulty product or shipment must be made within 14 of receiving the products.
