To order our products you have to be over 18 years old. Prices include VAT (24%). The amount of tax is corrected at checkout when shipping address is entered. All prices and fees are subject to change without notice.
PUSU webshop products and fees are payed when ordered. Payment methods are those available by Klarna in your country. Read more about different payment methods.
Ski and gear orders are shipped within two business days when in stock. Delivery time is 2-5 business days. PUSU is not responsible for delays caused by third members such as transport companies.
If the ordered skis or snowboards are not in stock the production time is 5-8 weeks.
If delivery is significantly delayed due to PUSU, customer has the right to cancel the order. Order must be canceled by email or by phone and order number and customer’s contact information must be told with cancelletion. The customer will be refunded.
Shipping method and shipping costs
Orders over 100 euros are shipped free of charge inside European Union.
In Finland deliveries are done by Posti and Matkahuolto. Skis are always delivered via Matkahuolto.
Deliveries in EU are handled by GLS. Packages are delivered to a delivery point nearest to the customer.
To other areas we deliver through different international courier services. The price is determined by the area in cart. Please note that shipments outside EU may be due for customs fees. Customs fees are always answered by the customer.
Exchanges and returns
The customer has the right for a 14 day returns starting from the day of receiving the product. Prior to returning, the customer has to notify PUSU via email. The return must be done according the directions given by PUSU. If the product is returned against these instructions, the right to return may be withold. The right to return is applied only if the product can be resold. If the product is used or if for example the bindings are installed or the product is bruised, the right to return will be lapsed.
Return inside Finland can be made free of charge.
Please note. Heavily customized products are not applicable for returns.

We don’t accept return after 14 days of receiveing the order. When the return is admitted the money will be refunded. PUSU Skis is obliged to return the money within 30 days after the returned product arrives.
PUSU Skis guarantees all the products leave our workshop in top condition. If the product has damaged or lost during the shipping or a wrong product has been shipped to the customer, the customer must notify it immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The notification of a faulty product or shipment must be made within 14 of receiving the products.
