Ordering Products

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. The prices of the products include value-added tax (25.5%). We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Placing an Order

Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Enter the purchaser's details at checkout. Choose a payment method (see payment methods). Confirm your order by approving the contents of your shopping cart. By placing an order, you accept these terms of use, the prices of the products, and the shipping costs. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided with the order. The order confirmation will include the ordered products, their prices, and warranty terms (for ski warranty). Please review the order confirmation carefully.

Payment Methods

Purchases and shipping costs on the PUSU online store are to be paid at the time of ordering. We do not ship orders with cash on delivery. Accepted payment methods in our online store include: Finnish online banks, major credit cards, and installment payment options.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be added at checkout by a calculator. Orders over €100 are shipped without additional shipping charges within Finland and the EU. You can easily see the shipping costs before making a purchase decision. Add the desired products to your shopping cart and enter your delivery address postal code in the field below the shopping cart. The calculator will calculate the shipping costs for your selected cart. Continue shopping, proceed to checkout, or exit the service.

Delivery Methods

DELIVERIES WITHIN FINLAND

For orders within Finland and the EU, shipping methods include Posti and Matkahuolto parcel services.

OTHER AREAS

For other countries, we use varying international parcel services. The cost is determined regionally in the shopping cart. Note that deliveries outside the EU may incur customs duties. The recipient is responsible for customs fees in the destination country.

Tracking Deliveries

Once your order leaves our workshop for delivery, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number, allowing you to monitor the package's progress.

Uncollected Shipments

Failure to collect an order from the post office does not constitute order cancellation. A €20 fee will be charged for uncollected packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made. This fee covers the actual shipping, cancellation, and handling costs.

If a product is returned, we will contact the customer by email. If the customer cannot be reached within two weeks of contact, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase amount, minus the €20 fee for uncollected shipments mentioned above.

If the customer wishes to have the product delivered again, they must pay the aforementioned €20 fee for uncollected shipments before the product is re-shipped.
